recognized the CEMML site as one of the best military sites
on the web and awarded the Distinguished Military Site
Award. Military.com recognized the website as a valued resource
for the military community.

CEMML and the Office
of Instructional Services at CSU were recently recognized
for an outstanding video
they produced for the Combat Maneuver Training Center at
Hohenfels, Germany. The video, CMTC Hohenfels
Training Environment, garnered an Award of Distinction
from the 5th Annual Video Competition in The Communicator
Awards. The Communicator Awards is a national awards
competition founded 5 years ago by communications professionals
to recognize individuals and companies in the communications
field. The Award of Distinction is presented for projects "that
exceed industry standards in quality and excellence".
The 11-minute video
was produced for the ITAM program at Hohenfels. It
explains actions that soldiers can take to minimize their
impact on the environment
without compromising training effectiveness. |

In 1998, at the 19th Annual Telly
Awards, CEMML and the Office of Instructional Services at CSU
were awarded the silver statuette for the video The Alaskan
Training Opportunity. The Telly Awards was founded
in 1980, to showcase and give recognition to outstanding non-network
television commercials and programs, and non-broadcast video
and film production. Winners of this competition are
award the silver statuette. |
