CSU eID (Electronic Identity)
All salaried employees need to set up an eID with CSU. This eID
will allow access to leave accounts and will provide information
regarding your employment, leave, benefits, and travel reimbursements.
Go to http://www.eID.ColoState.edu
to set up your eID. You will need your CSU ID Number and e-mail
address. Contact CEMML Human Resources for your ID Number. Information
from CSU will primarily be sent via e-mail. In addition, a single
daily FYI e-mail will be sent from CSU that will mostly pertain
to on-campus employees other than benefit information, salary
changes, and performance evaluation information.

W-2's
W2’s will be mailed the last week of January, the IRS directs employers to have all W2’s furnished to employees by February 2, 2009.
Employees should visit the CSU Human Resources website for information on how to request a copy of their W2 after February 16th at http://www.hrs.colostate.edu/payroll/TaxInfo.html
