We have extensive experience with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on projects ranging from small and simple to large and complex. We recognize the importance of concise, timely, and legally defensible NEPA assessments. Our close work with clients off- and on-site ensures high-quality and comprehensive products including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, Findings of no Significant Impact, and Records of Decision.
