Range and Training Land Assessment, formely known as Land Condition
Trend Analysis (LCTA), is the component of the Integrated Training
Area Management (ITAM) Program that provides for the collecting,
inventorying, monitoring, managing, and analyzing of tabular and
spatial data concerning land conditions on an installation. RTLA
provides data needed to evaluate the capability of training lands
to meet multiple use demands on a sustainable basis.
